The software has no real cost (and China has no software patents!), whereas
with hardware production in China, the manufacturing is the main cost.
So-called 'R&D fee' is negligible once mass production begins.

Microsoft must already be planning to respond to this one. Just watch what they
do to ASUS, the OLPC, and to Brazil. Maybe they'll send over the criminal in
the sweater to bribe some politicians (in the gentle way, not a bribe like in
the moveies where suitcases change hands).
