Obligations to investors have a span of /quarters/, not years or a decade.
Therefore, due to prescribed business goals, Microsoft will probably end up
like another company with a "Micro" in its name. But will Microsoft find a
suitor for $7.5bn? How about Google (GOOG)? Naaa.. they already have GNU/Linux
and it's better than Windows. Google Apps too are better than Microsoft's
Web-based offerings.
