Mono and moonlight micoshaft crap should be removed on principle
alond to send the best and strongest message to micoshaft - we can hit your
pockets and it will give you mega hurtz.

Micoshaft is not an issue thats going to go away any time soon.
Doing nothing is not an option and waiting for someone like google to come
along and take them over may take two years.

So the best option is to hurt their market share and mind share by
elminating all their crap from developer projects. And keep
on doing it until they genuinely give up their evil.
