Or 10%... or 5%... depends which day you check. Hopkins uses NetApps to puts a
gut feelings in graphs... depends on who the clients are, I guess. Just pick a
sample/population of IPs to /fit/ the imposed lies. Shall we get many IPs from
Germany, Russia and Brazil?
