It's eternally "in progress", AFAIK. Much of it is out of date and serves as a testament
to how far Linux has come. It is now the platform which powers many of the biggest operations
in the world.

In a sense, last year "we" won. Groklaw's PJ stepped aside for similar reasons -- explaining
that the "emergency" had ended and Linux is now unstoppable. Just look what Android is doing
to Microsoft and Apple.

Speaking for myself, I spent more time writing on the subject of software patents in Techrights.
Hmmm... this reminds me to update my .sig... and helt the quote rotation for which I coded up scripted and
cron jobs way back in 2007 or 2006. :-)

Where are those Microsoft trolls we are told about? They appear to have all gone (Erik, Tim, etc.)...
only the potty-mouthed jokers are left and they make Microsoft look very, very bad. :-)

Microsoft loves competition.

I could do it pretty much any time the following week."
