Microsoft stopped extorting big companies (since HTC, that was about a year
ago). It tried Motorola and got slapped in the face, risking Xbox 360
embargo through the ITC.

Barnes and Noble leaked out documents that can have Microsoft 
prosecuted for racketeering, so all Microsoft the bully can do now
is chase toddlers in the school's back yard (most defenceless
Android users that just give away their lunch money without 
hesitation).
