A technology cannot be stolen. May both companies burn in a fire. Apple
is the one which likes to accuse those who do plain old stuff
like phone or tablet of "stealing".

If Apple "stole" something from Openwave, how come Openwave still has it?

If Android "stole" something from Apple, how come Apple still have iPad and
iPhone (and sells many more of those)?

The whole market has been propagandised.

Starling... gimme a break. While you're at it, throw USPTO in the bonfire
too. It has only harmed the US.
