All I know of technology at Reuters is that they have (had?) the worst CMS,
which is (was?) driven by Microsoft servers. Their URL's can (could?) easily
exceed 200 characters and all is (was?) flaky at best. I guess their deal
with SuSE is (!) driven by disappointment.
