Evidently, the package does not come complete then. Either they try to scare
you, thereby urging to buy something (which I wish I could say the customer
does not need), or they are simply dishonest. Ironically, Dell ships spyware
preinstalled with their machines. And here they are offering some remedy for
the same problem they introduce. It's like the Microsoft OneCare dilemma.
Ship a broken O/S and then charge people annually to have it fixed.

The world is mad.
