That's just what I think. The deals with Microsoft come with conditions. I
was once told about the scenario where Compaq wanted to make Netscape the
default Web browser and Microsoft threatened to break the deal.
Dell is just a scarecrow here. The recommendation statement is meaningless as
it's obligatory.
