They are being crucified by tens or hundreds of thousands at the moment. Very
bad publicity due to this tactless Web designer. The last time they got a
bad reputation for prompting nags (the shortcut on the desktop that will
refuse deletion), they soon posted in MSDN saying they would revise the RC
to remove these nags and do a whole, O/S-wide overhaul (published last
night, left out of COLA).
