If you want Google's quality results with some funkier interface, nothing
prevents you from using a front-end such as a9.com or webcrawler.com (or
*cough Scroogle). I am glad that Google stick to rudimentary interfaces, to
simplicity. They have not changed anything radically for 8 years. It's easy
to strep on some bloat, whereas it's much harder to strip it off and strain
the information. You can get Google results as RSS feeds, by the way (using
available scrapers).
