AFF has a high-paying affiliate program -- almost enough to pay for a
dinner cruise from one signup.  I'm not into having porn on my sites
though :S

Interesting thread.  I just checked out that banned site: it looked like
the fake-search-engine-that-takes-you-to-affiliate-links trick...
