I  rarely (if ever, although the experience based on just a handful) get a
response  to pro-Linux feedback that I send to correspondents. One of  the
things  that  make  me most furious is lack of attribution of  trouble  to
platforms.  In  the  case  of spam and zombie  attacks,  this  has  become
detrimental.  The public need to be better informed and educated in  order
for better judgment to be practiced.
