Ballmer and the OSS community are under the mistaken impression that this is
all about Linux violating MS patents.
Did anyone read the agreement?
Novell walked off with an iron clad agreement in which MS acknowledges all
the IP it needs from Linux to stay in business.
Rather than pick and bite this deal, you Linux Gearheads should be doing
cartwheels.
