1) You consider "techtaxi.blogspot.com" to be a major publication?
2) This article is talking about the real Windows XP SP3. They are not
talking about Vista. Therefore, they are not calling Vista "Windows XP SP3".

Similar arguments for this one. This article is calling SP3 "SP3". They
are not calling Vista "SP3".
