Sun, if you remember, also signed an agreement with SCO. This clearly
provided a precedent that they needed those rights to conduct business.
Now that those rights are reverting to Novell, Sun, too, will have to sign
a Microsoft-like deal.
But wait...did Novell just sign an /exclusive/ deal with Microsoft? or
what?
Sun should be worried...very worried.
