Not to mention that executive salaries tend to be based on performance of
the company as a whole, while employee salaries are based on performance of
the individual.  You can't compare the two.  On top of that, Microsoft's
executives have always had some of the lowest salaries for large companies
(not counting Job's $1 salary scam)
