I think that the site "Engrish" has earned some reputation, but I agree that
this sort of attitude will only turn prospective users away. Linux is more
internationalised (locales) than any other O/S as far as I know (and all can
be contained in a single CD's and be combined _in a single session_! [1]).
So it is most suitable to those whose English is poor or first language is
not common...
