I am not optimistic. Have you seen Vista's wallpaper?

Too much fresh grass. *grin*

Developers and engineers are among the first migrants and adopters of Linux.
But there are niches such as post-production, to whom a pseudo-3-D desktop
would appeal. And some manufacturers already bundle Linux in that area,
which saves a lot of hassle.
