Up from 150 to 2000 within days. Vista is affected as well. The available
patches did more harm than good to some. They led to system conflicts, but
the patch has just been patched (not the first time this happens... after
Microsoft delivers a poisonous patch). Had it taken less than 2 years to
patch (they sat idle until it was too late and people got pWned), more
testing would have been manageable. Apparently, Microsoft keeps many of its
flaws in the dark, relying on obscurity for security.
