Haven't looked at it yet, but there's plenty of evidence to suggest that
Windows is simply insecure by design. The evidence is very scientific, too.

One could go about with the R&D pitch, but changing hundreds of millions of
LOCs to secure an O/S is impossible. Teams require collaboration, so money
is no substitute for /time/. That's why Apple decided to choose a mature
BSD. If Microsoft does not do the same (they have Novell, despite the FSF),
then its only hope is Singularity of 'Winux'.
