It is tweaked. Did you notice that when Culley was posting the stats,
he tended to move to the top of the favorable categories, and move off
the unfavorable ones, even though that is not the result you'd get if
you applied the scoring he claimed to use to his posts?
And now, with [H]omer running those stats, his posts have started doing
the same thing?
