Winning?
Who said anything about winning?
Its about dragging micoshaft execs to court, and exposing
their puppets, their memos, their tactics, and the directors
of supportive companies and their activities into court
so that shareholders on both sides and companies that
have been harmed can evaluate what
harm is being done to them and make
a flurry of further lawsuits to recover what they
are owed. Winning is the last thing on any one's mind.
These actions are long overdue.
