I was thinking about something very recent. Someone created iPhone-esque
themes for Palm OS and Windows Mobile. I posted this to COLA...

The classic in my mind is this... suing Macdonalds for selling food that is
not healthy. Or Kramer's "the coffee was too hot", which apparently is based
on a true story.
