Hardly so. She only justifies the elimination of the patents system (although
not deliberately so). Nice shot in the foot. Every large program 'collides'
with another, including Windows. Therefore, these deals mean nothing. She
defends the deals in order to serve Microsoft's agenda, but that's nothing
new. GPLv3 will ensure that every large company will not be able to exploit
and exclude.
