No. They go for the easy target

Certainly not. ROI is way too low
It is quite difficult to crack a linux box, and then it is even more
difficult to let a virus propagate.

The only viable route to linux infection is the human one: Try to get the
linux user to do the dirty work for you. Social engeneering is your best
bet for infecting linux. The extremely easy ones used on windows (infect
box if the user just surfs the net) don't work that way on linux

Windows problem is that security is practically non-existant. And the
afterthoughts like AV software only work half-assed, as they are constantly
*behind* the bad guys, and that sometimes even days or weeks.
Easily enough window of opportunity to infect massive amounts of windows
boxen
