The Linux Foundation is a "not for profit", though, and as there are
multiple businesses supporting it, it's unlikely to do anything silly.
It's not a massive money earner, either - nobody is getting rich from
that work, but there is some steady employment for a few people, as well
as some good specification work, particularly for Carrier Grade Linux.
