Another great myth put about by the great unwashed. CSS can change
functionality quite easily. How? Since functionality is pretty much
defined by the interface, CSS can be used to change the interface in
order to change the apparent functionality to the user e.g by hiding
certain options. Now, how come you got re-scored? Willy? Any ideas?
