Clearly, since you are no Linux advocate, you have no idea what is
interesting news regarding Linux. I think the article is most
interesting and shows that Linus still cares very much about the SW
that goes into the kernel.

The question should be why do you care? You clearly love Microsoft and
I can understand why you regard Linux, OSS and the GPL are a threat to
Microsoft but why do you insist in making such an ass of yourself in
this newsgroup. I'd need to be paid to embarrass myself the way you
do.
