Yup.

20% of all windopws PCs are infected. The clean up operation
requires billions of man hours of work which the world
can't afford. How about banning sale of all new
micoshaft products and limiting updates to only
tested and proven security updates that work on a few thousand
representative sample PCs until the botnet epidemic is halted?
