('downgrades') as Vista sales. Everything to hype up Vista....

Acer: PC industry 'disappointed' with Vista

| Acer president Gianfranco Lanci became the first major PC manufacturer to
| openly attack Microsoft over the Windows Vista operating system in the
| Financial Times Deutschland on Monday.
