That $figure$ was just thrown out there to create hype and promote agenda. The
MPAA does this too.
In reality, Longhorn got thrown down the garbage can in 2005. The investment
was worth nothing. Time to give Vista a similar treatment. No CIO wants it
anyway, except the potentially bribed ones like Steele (Mr. MoU the Cow).
