You'd think Reuters would do a bit of fact checking.

While it's true that the judge ruled about IE tying, that part was
overturned on appeal.  As such, no court case can be based on that ruling.

They were still found to have illegally maintained their monopoly,
particularly when it comes to OEM's, but the tying argument was throuwn
out.
