Hold on right there... having seen the rest of your question, I must point
out that so-called bodybuilders get their size from bloody steroids and
supplementation, not from meat.

There are some foods that are rich in protein and are suitable for
vegetarians. Usually, however, you need to eat _more_ of these foods to
reach the necessary intake of protein. I believe this also means more
cholesterol and more fat that comes with vegan foods, of which you might
have to eat more. Amino acids like the ones found abundantly in pork might
be missed. I think you can raise such questions in sci.med.nutrition on
UseNet.
