For job status/tracking:

* Look up "/webrt.cgi" on the Web

* http://www.kayako.com/ (among more I have used, not administered)

For payment:

* http://www.moderngigabyte.net/modernbill/index.htm (among many others)

I can't think of a package that integrates the two because I haven't much
experience.
