Are you installing the Flash player that is standalone or the one which is
embedded in the Web browser? If the latter, which browser? I am assuming you
are using Windows, as the headers indicate. Try saving the page in question
as a whole (including deeper links) onto the hard-drive and then open it
offline from the other computer. Alternatively, look at the source of the
Web page and try to extract the link which specifies the file to be pullled
for installation.
