So some post from Martin O'Brien, dated February 2004 and mirrored by Google
(ironically enough), is what constitutes a Windows newsgroup? That is very
sad yet unsurprising if you consider their amount of crossposted junk that
is absorbed by C.O.L.A. readers.

Aquila Deus, why crosspost in the first place? You are stirring a hornet's
nest and encourage them to crosspost in return, which contrinutes to
'noise'...
