Windows Media player can, but not Office applications. The adamant company
from Redmond shall decide what's good for you. The "Microsoft Knows Best
Approach", as Thad called it recently.

Microsoft is poor at skinning capabilities, but to make matters worse, it can
steal some:

Proof therein. Office 2007 stole the OS X graphics. They have stolen some
from KDE as well (call these 'inspirations')...
