One of the major magazine had it among the top flops in technology. It hit
the top tier of the top 10, IIRC.
A friend of mine still uses Windows ME. He gets his son-in-law's engineer to
'fix' (read: reinstall) his O/S, on average, once a year. If he got charged
for this, the bill would easily exceed $1000.
