They don't use Vista. I doubt it. Ballmer still uses an Excel spreadsheet as
his diary (true!). When it comes to computing, they are like 'dinosaurs' that
are involved with new concepts they _do not use_ and new ways of "tilting
companies into the death spiral".

>From what I can gather, Bill uses his money and meets decision makers most of
the time (that's why he retires to do 'charity'). Ballmer is being caught
shouting at the 'analysts' that are funded by Bill (Gartner, IDC, etc.) and
ensuring that they generate bogus data which praises Microsoft.

In general, Microsoft operates a great deal like a totalitarian regime and data
is managed just like in the White House (E-mail and papertrail deleted and
shredded). These are facts that incurred the wrath of the legal system.
