Microsoft admits scratch problem with Xbox 360

Neelie Kroes has not been very effective in her battle against Microsoft. She
is facing a huge army of lobbysists, including the US government.
Occasionally they go personal against her. Microsoft is The Beast. Even the
law (beyond the United States) cannot really be effective in stopping it.
