Not unless a heck of a lot of sites get listed. You can make it faster by
multithreading: wget <ommited_options> list1 & wget <ommited_options> list2
& wget <ommited_options> list3

Choose sites that suit your taste of music. There are Wikis that link to MP3
blogs, categorised by genre.

I know what you mean. If one listens to music 10 hours a day, a single CD
won't last for long. Getting new music can be made autonomous and consume
none of your time.
