Java menu does not help either.

On another note, it is Netland or Netzland ?
Missing h1 and h2 tags
Fails on validation, but not on anything really serious.

You may want to have a non java menu at the bottom of the site so
spiders can at least follow them. It won't harm the site by doing so -
and will also help users having to go up to the top of the page each
time.

I did see that you have a strange sort of menu at the bottom. I have
never seen a url like <a href="?s=home .....
